On April 30, the AmCham community joined an online discussion on how to effectively communicate during a crisis.
We sincerely thank Diana Boico, Managing Partner at Indigo Ogilvy, for explaining how to best communicate with colleagues, clients, employees, partners, and stakeholders during times of crisis.
The speaker underlined the importance for leaders to maintain an empathetic outlook when communicating with their audiences, and to not reduce communication through a fear of mistakes.
